Very interesting talk, just the right topic. Thank you very much April and Aiko. I follow your workouts everyday and find my joints moving better. I feel something is missing when I miss even 1 day of workouts. It’s really something to look forward to.
Take care and thank you again.

I am 74 and know that we must keep moving daily. I love to go to group workouts so I can interact with others. I started exercising at least 5 days a week in my 60’s and have made it a priority in my life (my health is my priority). I am not one of the older adults who have lost their appitite so I log my food and water daily with a calorie goal in mind and try to eat healthier. I have learned healthy habits but I do have days and I get off track. I never worry about it because I know I will get back on track. Thank you for being there for us when needed. Today is going to be a chair yoga day (low back pain) and once of your walking workouts. Keep living your healthy lifestyle and never give up!

I really enjoyed watching that video and will now try to get my 53yr old daughter to find the time to watch it also. Am looking forward to the new exercises and I suppose it will appear sometime today in Scotland. Thank you both very much.

Great information and so enjoy your approach. What exercise can seniors over 60 perform to firm up or lose love handles?

Really enjoyed meeting Dr. Chun and hearing her speak. Moderation in my diet, motivation in my exercise, appreciation in my attitude were the three points that stuck out for me.

My daughter just turned 50 and prompted me to watch this video. I am 74 and of course I was interested too. I actually encourage both my daughters to participate in the yes2next programs because I just love doing exercises with you and have found them beneficial.

My inspirational quote would be from the Bible – “This is the day that the Lord has made- Let us rejoice and be glad in it.”

I love and appreciate the "work" that you all do. The resources suggested and the consecutiveness you offer is so helpful, caring and useful. I look forward to your seven day series (where/how do we access) and your ongoing videos. Keep up the GREAT work.

  31. Susie Blue on March 17, 2022 at 9:09 pm

April and Aiko thanks so much. I am 52 and spent most of my life depressed and just either in bed or sitting feeling like I am wasting away. I came across your website and exercises right about a year ago maybe, and let me just say that every video that I do brings along joy and a smile on my face. I have my slip ups but always come back to you lovely ladies with pleasure and grace. Keep it up and I look forward to giving the challenge this week a go. Loved the interview and think that it was best summed up with Dr. Chun inspirational thought at the end that she was so moved by from her patient loved the ending to the awesome interview. Great reminder that I need to see about having my vitamin D checked out by my Doctor as I live here in the not always so sunny PNW of Vancouver WA. Feeling blessed already with the New Year just beginning.

  45. Leila Luginbill on March 17, 2022 at 9:25 pm

I have been doing exercises with you two for the last 3 months because of my knee surgery. Before that, I was a very fit walker and gardener, and I really panicked when I found that the recovery time wasn’t a matter of weeks but months perhaps longer! At 75, I felt that I couldn’t waste any time and lose what I had prior to surgery. Aiko is a real inspiration. As spring approaches, I anticipate returning to my garden and continue walking thanks to you. I wish I could get my husband to follow along as well…could you add an older gentleman to make a trio? I think my husband is resistant because he thinks it’s only for women.❤️

  46. Leo Nita on March 17, 2022 at 9:25 pm

Thank You Dr. I wish we could Clone you to add to Communities across our nation what you have given to seniors in your medical practice. So many Seniors are falling through the cracks and resort to isolation and silently suffering. If a community is lucky enough to have a senior group/center they can address the challenging health, both physical and emotional issues they face. Thank You April and Aiko for bringing us this informative interview.

Thank you so much for sharing your passion for healthy living! The benefits of internet and connection to wonderful information and programs keeping us informed. You have given us a well rounded approach to growing wise as we grow older. I’ve been enjoying the workouts and the way you and your Mom interact. Dr Chung was encouraging and realistic in her sensible advise to keep us going as well as keeping us grateful for where we are. God bless you both, I’m coming along. 😍 Joy
