There’s nothing better than FREE help for seniors! Except for free services for seniors AND their family caregivers! Getting help for the elderly living at home can get expensive and families often don’t know who to call for the little things.
In addition, family caregiving is demanding and can be stressful, so any FREE technology for family caregivers to free up some time and make things less stressful should be a welcome resource for you. Sorry #4 is not free. They won’t even let you talk to anyone in your area without a $49.99 MONTHLY "DONATION"! I don’t know about you but my dad is on ssi and cannot afford food. Without meals on wheels he would be starving. So for you to say this is free is a freaking SCAM! You should check your info better. REALLY!

Sofia-I was so excited when I watched your video and you spoke about Elder Helpers. This service is NOT FREE. There is a yearly cost of $319 and that was back in 2013. Have you read the reviews about this agency? They are very bad.

What is the definition of a senior? I am sixty years old. Does that qualify me as a senior?
I (and my parents) are very lucky that they have retiree medical insurance through Kaiser Permanente so I don’t need a binder. 🙂 Neither of my parents are good at understanding and repeating the care instructions, but at least they’ve completed their Advanced Medical Directive and authorized me to access their health records online.

I’m glad you have alot of family and friends, cause I don’t!!! My mom is mean and won’t let anyone come to her house if they are not one of us 3 kids. My sister can’t because her health is worse than mom’s and my brother just had a stroke a couple months back and is still recovering!!!

Sofia thank you for your help I was many years ago a caregiver and its nice to know that people out there to volunteer to help us. Im now in my 60’s and i do have a son that helps but he has so much on his plate.i am very grateful for the help he offers to help me. Thanks to all the volunteers that do this your so kind. And much appreciated.
