Very helpful and interesting video. I started my own routine in summer of 2020. As a handicapped senior of seventy all I do is calisthenics with two half pound ankle weights (one in each hand). I started with one fifteen minute workout daily and by November 2020 I increased to two fifteen minute workouts daily. Added another fifteen minute workout this past fall for a daily total of forty five minutes. My daily routines are about six hours apart. I’ve gotten healthier, feel better, stopped afternoon napping/snacking and lost over sixty pounds. Now weigh 196 pounds and would like to get below 190. Always neat to see other routines and see what I’d like to incorporate into my workouts. I’ll never look like coach Kozak but I ain’t half bad. In 1978 I ran in the NYC Marathon and was quite the hotshot, not no more. When the time comes I just wanna die healthy, fuhgeddaboudit.
