Susan Guffee speaks with Monique Nowling about the Ventura County Area Agency on Aging.

VCAAA aims to enable all older persons to obtain services that promote and maintain the optimum level of functioning in the least restrictive setting possible. In addition to providing a number of direct programs, they also develop, enhance and maintain community-based systems of care that provide services, which support independence and protect the quality of life of older persons and persons with functional impairments.
