I am a 77 yo female with a dyslexic brain structure. Like many of my cohort I would have failed the SuperAger memory test of 16 words. I did fail that test when I was young. I would fail the word memory test at 77. EVIDENCE During a Mensa meeting, 40 members, including myself, took 2 timed memory tests: one with words and one with connected spatial dots. I had for many years developed tricks to pass the word based memory test. For example I focus on the shortest words, words with vertical letters, or image words. My Mensa results: word test =average, connected spatial dots = extremely high. I entered MIT as an undergrad at 34 years old. I graduated with an SB at the age of 38. Following graduation, as a member of USDOT, my papers were peer reviewed and published by the National Academy of Science. Today I perform equal to my younger self when taking a test that is compatible with my

The art of gracefully aging is very simple: love and laugh. I am seventy five and a master of that art.

In this seminar, you know what the US scientists are doing and their hopes. After spending your time watching it, you get nothing new. Nothing to take away that is practical. A pure waste of time.

    Age is just a number.
What’s important is our attitude in life.

I could have been an A student by studying 40 hours a week. I was a B student studying 2 hours a week. I think I prefer being a B student because it is a better bang for the buck. I like value, not longest possible life. We have so many more improvements to make for children who are five than extending life from 95 to 105. I prefer the bang for the buck helping the people like my brother where giving him $300 per month is all the difference in his world and has a great bang for the buck. Value matters, not just longest age.

My mother was a lifetime active person – from childhood through her 70’s. She ice skates several days a week and danced just about every night. She never weighed more than 105 lbs. She developed a brain disease (progressive supranuclear palsy) in her early 70’s & died at 84. The most famous example of an active person succumbing to brain disease (Alzheimer’s) is Iris Murdoch who was a philosopher & author and loved to swim. And of course Ronald Reagan. You can exercise every day, consume a healthy diet, and stay intellectually active and still succumb to brain disease.

Just how is the world going to support us all. How will we feed everyone or have enough water for everyone. I Would be very extremely interested to hear your answers to this especially as we already cannot feed half the worlds population .???😱😱😱🤔🤔🤔

Thanks a million HMS for this wonderful seminar. I am 52 now. Gratefully, some of my friends told me that my endurance & agility were like a 30-year-old man while doing sport. I never smoke, love sport since my childhood, ideal body-weight, controlled eating habit. By learning from your seminar, certainly, it can improve my spirit to live healthier with longer life as a bonus.

Interesting information-however more than medications and fancy vibrating soles and such commercial gimmicks that is typical of most of these researches, why isnt there a focus on simple activities that people can perform to improve their balance or prevent falls or doing simple tasks that have been shown to improve cognitive ability as well as memory and brain connectivity. one example to improve balance and prevent the so called "cost of dual actions", is to stand on one leg for as long as you can. Would love to see researchers finding simple day to day activities to improve life and longevity and recommending that.

But I will ride my Friesian sport horse at 62yrs hopefully enjoy him for at least 15 yrs. Don’t smoke don’t drink stay active and have a good diet. I walk an hour day with my dogs.

l found out letting go of all hate, envy, hostility, anything negative, let it go, see beauty in everything and everyone if possible, Be more in tune with nature, never lose interest in everything. move, eat less.
Never ever give up. Getting to know what my Creator says about me is another. He says age means nothing to Him. I concur with this. Don’t follow the crowd, spend time working on Self. You have to maintain your self mentally and physically.
I am 73 yrs young. Play tennis, walk, mini trampoline, bike of just move my body. Life long learner. Learning to eat one meal a day, drink plenty of water.
The Lord will show you what to do.

So tired of the "Brave New World" delusion. You’ve got a handful of elites running our med-technocracy, and so the stories coming from on high are all about how unimaginably "different" and "wonderful" we’ll be. Because of their brilliant "interventions", of course. This fellow has the typical self-importance and excitement over his opinions and "discoveries". "Look what we can do, look what we can do to animals!" The truth is, humanity, no matter how old the average death rate is, spends its lives dealing with increasing numbers of chronic diseases. And the reasons for these diseases aren’t changing, they’re getting worse. Plastics alone are embedded in the ecology-right now plastics are found in all types of marine life, and it is being found in human feces. The ecological system is embedded with plastics, and that’s not about to change at all. We’re harangued about "recycling" and putting all our garbage in the right receptacles. But how many know that only 9-10% of plastics actually get recycled? The rest are just dumped in landfills while the makers of plastics laugh all the way to the bank. We’re made to feel guilty for our trash, but people didn’t ask for plastic. It was invented and exploited by the usual corporations (who have human "rights", of course), a market was forced for it with no questions about how this material would affect us and the ecology down the road. Corporations make billions of dollars on plastics-you think anything is going to be done to shut them down? Hell, no. And that’s just one of the myriad toxins flooding the world. Our furniture, carpets, paints, vehicles and even clothes reek with toxicity. We’re surrounded by carcinogens everywhere, but we’re supposed to believe that our future will be healthier? More intelligent? You have to take humanity and the world as a whole to find a way to make any improvements, but these "scientists" can’t even see the forest for the trees. They bury their heads in minutiae and say, "Oh, look what we did with these mice!" After developing another drug from their experiments, 10 years later lawsuits are piling up because of the unforseen (ignored) side-effects and maiming attributes of the latest "discovery". Of course, people love lapping up these pseudo-scientific, techno – "convenience" worshiping, "better future" mantras, because it gives them the false hope drug they need to feel comfortable living in toxic squalor and doing nothing about it. The medical-industrial complex churns out roughly 20% of the GDP. You think anyone reaping the benefits of this power and cash monolith is interested in actually curing people, or eradicating disease? LOL! One thing never changes no matter how much technology you throw at it, and that’s mankind. The willful ignorance and stupidity of mankind is as steady and reliable as the sun and the moon. Mankind keeps repeating history, all the while saying, "Look how far we’ve come!" It would be hilarious if it weren’t so tragic, but humans refuse to see how short-sighted and self-serving we are, so we will keep repeating the egregious errors of the past to the detriment of the most vulnerable among us. You can’t improve what you refuse to admit is flawed.

The non-nutritional aspects of organic eggs warrant discussion. But for a family of five or six with modest means, cost is an unavoidable factor.
