Do These 4 Stretches EVERY Day – Stretches For Seniors | More Life Health
Join me (Mike – Physiotherapist) for this stretch routine for seniors, which consists of 4 stretches that you should make sure you’re doing daily to improve your posture, and prevent hip, back, knee, neck and shoulder pain.
STRETCH EXERCISES:
20 seconds Posture Stretch with arms at 45 degrees down
20 seconds Posture Stretch with arms at 90 degrees
20 seconds Posture Stretch with arms at 20 degrees Up
30 Seconds Lumbar Extension Stretch
30 Seconds Groin Stretch (each side)
30 Seconds Calf Stretch with Hip Extended (each side)
Option: Quadriceps Stretch

SUPER STRECHES
Interesting: At first with the arms lifting and holding in the 3 different heights, my left leg started tingling. Now, I’ve known for some time that there’s a weakness in my shoulder areas but nothing painful or difficult; just tingling. Loved the leg stretches. At the end of this session, no tingling until I started typing this. ; )
These stretches certainly find the tight spots 🙂
Stretches need to be incorporated seniors some of them cant operate phones.

I do enjoy your exercises for pheripheral NEUROPATHY do you think you could some EXPLANATION on this . I am just taking a guess as the numbness and pain in my left calf that I have as I have DIABETES 2 but under control.
Enjoyed the 4 stretches exercises for every day and definitely enjoyed the peripheral neuropathy exercises for feet and legs my favorite
